Seed Development

Reaching to every farmer with untreated and certified seeds is what our team works for. We’re obsessed with our customers’ success and take pride in their achievements. I&B strongly believe in developing high yielding hybrids with value additions such as disease resistance. Research farms strategically placed in different agro-climatic zones allow us to carry out multi-location trials for different traits. New innovations in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology are leveraged by our breeding teams to enhance capacity and efficiency. Two major biotechnology related activities aiding breeding team are Markers Assisted Selection and Doubled haploids development.
